The Process

Step 1:

Access the DFR Care Network through the Lighthouse App or the R3 website to explore available resources. Review your options and select an approved program that best fits your needs.

Step 2:

After selecting a program, complete the participation steps, including the anonymous pre‑program Moral Injury survey, scheduling with a culturally competent provider if using leave, and submitting a Mental Health Leave request. Peer Support is available at any point, including for retroactive requests.

Step 3:

Attend and complete the approved program you selected. Once finished, complete the anonymous post-program survey and submit your certificate of completion to the Care Network Team to close out participation.
