Empowering Departments to Prioritize Mental Wellness

The R3 program allows you to attend any of the approved R3 Resilience Trainings using mental health leave or special assignment time through the wellness unit OR if you choose, you may remain ANONYMOUS.

To remain anonymous: simply contact the organization providing the training and complete their intake process. No personal information will be shared with your department.

The Process

Step 1:

Access R3 resources through the website, the OWL Unit, or Peer Support. Review available options and select the program that best suits your needs.

Step 2:

After selecting a program, complete the required participation steps, including the anonymous pre‑program Moral Injury survey through R3, coordinating directly with the training provider, submitting the appropriate Training Order, and scheduling with a culturally competent mental health professional if mental health leave is requested. The OWL Unit and Peer Support are available throughout this process, including to assist with retroactive requests if needed.

Step 3:

Attend and complete the approved program. Once finished, complete the anonymous post‑program moral injury survey and internal training evaluation, then submit their certificate of completion to the Wellness Unit to close out participation.
